    We place a high level of importance on the proper execution and reporting of import/export shipments in accordance with US export control requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and the destination country’s requirements.

    Affidavit of Manufacture
    Used to back up a claim of U.S. manufacturing when clearing goods through U.S. Customs.

    Blanket NAFTA Certificate of Origin
    This document is used to provide proof of manufacture in either Mexico, Canada or the U.S. Can be used for single or several shipments. Validity can be up to one year.

    Brokerage Questionnaire
    The form collects data from importers about their products, how they operate, and interact with customs and other government agencies.

    A checklist to confirm your compliance with the U.S. Customs record keeping regulations.

    Commercial Invoice Checklist
    U.S. Customs requires these nine elements to be listed on an invoice. To clear shipments through U.S. Customs follow the steps listed below:

      • Describe the item clearly
      • List the quantity
      • State the value (either price paid or estimated value based on other considerations.) Give both the value in foreign currency and U.S. dollars
      • Country of Origin (where the item was made)
      • Where it was purchased
      • List the name of the business or person selling the merchandise
      • List the location of the business or person selling the merchandise
      • List the name and address of the business or person buying the merchandise, and if different from the importer
      • List the U.S. address of the person or business the goods are

    ISF Worksheet
    U.S. Customs requires the filing of these data elements with them for security purposes no later than 24 hours before the departure of the freight to the U.S.

    Non-Reimbursement Certificate
    Certification by the importer that confirms they have not been reimbursed by a manufacturer, a producer, or a seller for anti-dumping or countervailing duty.
